We have seen some great success with buy to let properties seeing great returns from both the rental cash flow as well as capital growth over time. We are always looking to add to our portfolio and have an in house team on the hunt for new suitable properties daily to help us expand. Typically we purchase property that is a little rough around the edges and refurbish it to a high standard in order to refinance and rent to high quality tenants.
