How does rent-to-rent work?

Rent-to- rent is one of the easiest ways to begin in property investment. In its simplest form rent, to rent works by a company in this case we or an investor becoming the tenant of a property over a 3-5 year term. We then invest our own money into the property to bring it up to a higher standard to attract the highest quality of tenant. Because we have improved on the quality of the property we are able to uplift the rental value so that when we let the property to working professionals for ourselves or one of our investors we can create profit from the monthly cashflow.
